2nd Juneteenth Health Awareness Ride -

We are connecting bike advocacy groups, community bike share systems, social service and social justice, and event organizers to launch a community-based "family fun" ride that will focus on building awareness of Juneteenth, promoting active transportation in communities of color and focusing attention on Sickle Cell Anemia and its impact on our communities.

The goals of the event are:

Raise Awareness of the continued impact of Sickle Cell on the lives of black people.

Raise awareness of the movement to make Juneteenth Nationally observed.

Raise Awareness of  Be The Match Foundation efforts and opportunities.

Raise community awareness of biking for transportation, recreation, and health

Please contact me with any questions and let me know if you want to sign up your Juneteenth celebrations
